In the greenhouses of Ratchaburi, roots stretch and flowers take their time. This is where our collection grows — sown, watched, photographed, then packed by hand.
Our customers have been buying on Etsy across 6 883 orders. Here are their words, as they wrote them, and their photographs, as they took them.
The orchids arrived very quickly, perfectly packed and in perfect condition! They are beautiful, with firm leaves and very healthy roots. Excellent service from start to finish.
The seedlings arrived with roots slightly damaged in transit, but their leaves were green and larger than expected. Sunny answered all my questions and handled all the export paperwork. Everything went smoothly, even though Mexico has very strict phytosanitary rules.
Another excellent transaction with Sunny at Siam Orchids! The seedlings arrived in record time and in perfect condition, considering the long journey. I loved the little gift!
The plant arrived in very good condition, sent from Thailand to France, carefully protected and with growing advice included. I am very happy with my order.
When I ordered, I had doubts about them reaching Spain. Sunny answered every question with real professionalism, and the plants did arrive beautiful and perfectly healthy.
I am delighted with my purchase. The orchid is very healthy and vigorous, with beautiful roots. Delivery to Norway was very fast.
I am extremely happy with my purchases and my experience with this professional, caring seller. You not only get to meet a wonderful person, you come away with beautiful plants.
Vanda orchid seedling, exactly as described. Very healthy, with several vigorous roots ready to grow. She even included a baby Vanda as a bonus!

Bare-rooted, without pot or soil, hand-packed in a damp medium. This is how orchids have always travelled — a pot full of substrate would pass neither customs nor the journey. Leaves arrive firm; roots are sometimes slightly damaged in transit and recover within a few weeks once the plant is settled.
Yes, provided the paperwork follows. All orchids are listed in CITES Appendix II: every shipment leaves with a CITES export permit and a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Thai authorities. We handle that documentation for each order — it is precisely what customers mention most often in their reviews.
It depends on the plant. Every listing states clearly whether it is a seedling or a mature plant. A seedling needs several seasons before its first bloom; a mature plant is of flowering size but usually travels without flowers — a flower spike does not survive shipping. Flower photographs show the bloom at maturity.
Write to us with photographs within three days of delivery. An orchid arriving with dry roots or a marked leaf almost always recovers, and we will guide you through it. If the plant is genuinely lost, we replace it or refund you. Our public reviews include parcels delayed by the postal service: we do not hide them, we deal with them.
Start with the light you have. Vanda and Rhynchostylis want a great deal of light and live bare-rooted, hanging; Cattleya and Dendrobium accept a pot and bright filtered light. Then choose between waiting and now: a seedling costs less and has to be earned, a mature plant flowers within the year.
Yes. You have fourteen days from delivery to tell us, in line with European law. Because live plants are perishable, we ask you to write to us before returning anything: in most cases a solution is found without sending the plant back. Return shipping is at your expense.
