The address
We reply within two working days. We are in South-East Asia: if you write in the European evening, the answer often arrives during your night.
What helps us answer fast
- An order issue: the order number, and photographs if the plant is the problem.
- A growing question: tell us where you keep it, what light, what night temperature. The species name alone is not enough to advise.
- A species you are hunting: the name, even approximate. We hold far more in the greenhouse than online.
